Personal Training $50 (60 minutes)

The Personal Training consultation will be a one on one fitness assessment to discuss the client’s strengths and weaknesses, personal goals, and discuss general health and nutrition guidelines. Consultations are conducted at the beginning of a program, periodically during the program, and at the end to measure the client’s improvements. Measurements are also conducted as part of the consultation because overall fitness health is not always measured in pounds lost.
