Rise and Shine
Arms/Butt/Core this program focuses on the whole body.
When not held at 5:15 am it’s called “Bootcamp”, “ABC Training”, or “Interval Training” A great way to wake your body up and get moving for the day.
Using a combination of the Step 360, weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, and your body weight, Rise and Shine is a total body workout.
Rise and Shine uses HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) which builds cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn. During class you will work hard in intense bursts of activity with a brief recovery time to kick your metabolism into overdrive.
