Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. ZumbaGold® -  Fun choreography set to high-energy beats inspired by Latin American dance and music. Classes are upbeat, fun, and perfect for all levels and abilities. You can burn some calories and boost your energy level in Zumba classes offered through SilverSneakers

 

Health Coaching

 

As a Health Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and discipline. By working together, we can discover the wellness choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future wellness goals.

The bad news is that most people fail to achieve their goals. Some don’t even have any. Goal attainment is a process, like building a house.  Below is the set of plans that I will guide you through over the course of 4 weeks to help lead you down the path to your goals and dreams.

Personal Training

 

Your Time Fitness has a personal training program to get you the results you want.  Whether or not you've been physically active, and whether or not you've ever worked with a personal trainer, I will make sure that your program is designed especially for you to ensure that you have a positive experience. I will also see to it you feel emotionally and physically comfortable with every aspect of your workout regimen. I have helped all ages and all abilities;from athletes to seniors meet their fitness wellness goals.
