Large Group Classes
There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in my large group classes. With RIPPED and Zumba, there's one to fit your goals. Classes are packed with motivated people who are not afraid to sweat. They will inspire and push you.
Small Group Training
Small group instruction is an alternative to one-on-one training,
as small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate. The added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to new effort levels. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience, and expert guidance to reach your fitness goal.

Mud Race Training $45 a month (Wednesday and Friday AM) Advanced Boot Camp format focusing on cardio and upper body strength
Boot Camp $30 a month Indoor-Tabata Interval format- all abilities Outdoor- 6th St Ballpark interval station format-all abilities
Sports conditioning $60 for 8 weeks (Tuesday and Thursday) high school students to increase their speed, agility, and quickness
Lunch Express $20 for month (Wednesday and Friday) 30 minute total body workout
