Large Group Classes

 There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in my large group classes. With RIPPED and Zumba, there's one to fit your goals. Classes are packed with motivated people who are not afraid to sweat. They will inspire and push you.

 

Small Group Training

 

Small group instruction is an alternative to one-on-one training,

as small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate. The added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to new effort levels. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience, and expert guidance to reach your fitness goal.

Interval training- series of low to high intensity exercise workouts followed by rest periods

Butts & Guts- 30 minute express class focusing on legs and abs

Boot Camp- class designed to prep you for mud runs or challenge you to new levels

Lunch Express- 30 minute total body workout using various formats and equipment

Just Strength- free weights and medicine balls- no cardio, just straight up strength

Recess- boot camp style games played in the park- fun but challenging


Session Prices:

Just Strength or Intervals $50 for 6 weeks- additional classes are $20 additional each

Express classes are $30 for 6 weeks

Butts and Guts $25 for 6 weeks - $15 if as additional class

Recess or Boot Camp $35 for 6 weeks

Running Group- $30 one-time fee group runs June-Sept  

Drop in's $8- please notify me if you are interested so I can make sure there is space available
